1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of The Founder Hub website, waitlist, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, you agree to these terms.

The Platform is operated for invitation-only founder access. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility and Access

The Founder Hub is intended for founders, operators, and approved participants building or scaling ventures in the Arab region and related markets.

Access to beta features, programs, and private areas is selective and may require verification of identity, email, phone number, and invitation credentials. We reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke access at our discretion.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and in good faith. You may not:

• Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without permission.
• Interfere with Platform security, availability, or performance.
• Use the Platform to distribute spam, malware, or unlawful content.
• Misrepresent affiliation with The Founder Hub or other founders.

4. Founder and Business Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, including founder profiles, business details, traction data, and documents submitted for review or investor readiness.

The Platform may include AI-assisted guidance, scoring, and recommendations. These outputs are informational and do not constitute legal, financial, investment, or professional advice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Founder Hub name, branding, software, design, and content on the Platform are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to host, display, process, and use that content to operate, improve, and secure the Platform.

6. Programs, Services, and Third Parties

Programs, mentors, marketplace services, perks, and partner offers may be provided by third parties. Their terms and privacy practices may apply separately.

We do not guarantee outcomes from mentorship, funding introductions, partnerships, or execution services made available through the Platform.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that Platform outputs will achieve funding, revenue, or business results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Founder Hub and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if continued access poses risk to the Platform, other founders, or partners.

Upon termination, provisions that by nature should survive will remain in effect, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10. Governing Law and Contact

These terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction of operation designated by The Founder Hub, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
