No funding promises. TheFounderHub does not guarantee funding, returns or outcomes. Readiness scores and recommendations are informational. An introduction is an opportunity to start a conversation, never an offer, solicitation or advice.

Not professional advice. Unicorn AI, mentors and resources do not replace lawyers, accountants, licensed financial advisors or investors. Where professional judgment is required, seek it.

Capital transactions. Any future capital activity runs through appropriately licensed partners under the laws that apply to you. VestorX is not an open investment marketplace and is not a launch promise.

Your content. You own what you submit. You give us the right to use it to operate the service and to evaluate your request. You are responsible for its accuracy.

Acceptable use. No false information, impersonation, scraping or abuse. We may remove access for conduct that harms founders or the community.
